Crunchy sandwich cookies dipped in decadent white chocolate held by a lollypop stick. These snacks are frightfully-simple, fun, and delicious!

Ingredients
1cupWhite Chocolate Chipsmelted
2tspVegetable Shorteningmelted
10 - 12Sandwich Cookies(such as Oreo Cookies)
0.67oz tubeBlack Food Writing Gel
10 - 12Lollypop Sticks
Instructions
Melt 1 cup White Chocolate Chips and 2 tsp Vegetable Shortening. You can use the microwave, just be sure to stir in 30-second intervals to keep the white chocolate from burning.
Gently open a sandwich cookie. Coat the end of the lollypop stick with some chocolate for glue and place it in the center of the cookie. Close back the sandwich cookie and give the chocolate "glue" a few minutes to secure it before moving on to the next step.
Grab a sandwich cookie pop and dip it into the melted white chocolate covering it completely. Shake off the excess white chocolate leaving a smooth finish and place onto wax paper to set. Chill your white chocolate-coated cookie pops for 3-5 minutes in the refrigerator before decorating.
Once the white chocolate has set, remove your cookie pops from the refrigerator and place them onto a flat plate for decorating. Use the 0.67 oz tube Black Food Writing Gel and your best artistic abilities to draw a spooky Skellington face on your cookie pops. Let set for 10 - 15 minutes before serving so the black food gel firms up. Enjoy!
