Ingredients
3cupFrozen Pineapple Chunks
3cupFrozen Mango Chunks
1largeRipe Banana
1cupFresh Baby Spinach(packed)
½cupEnglish Cucumber
1tspGinger Root Paste(for fresh minced: 1/2 tsp)
½tspTumeric Powder
1tbspMatcha Latte Mix Powder(sweetened)
1cupOrange Juice
2cupCoconut Water
Instructions
Add in all the fresh ingredients, the powders, and then the liquids into the blender.
Blend until smooth and no more chunks can be seen. (If mixture is too thick, add more coconut water until you reach desired consistency.)
Pour into mason jars or glasses. Garnish with almond whipped cream and a pinch of matcha powder. Enjoy!
