Ingredients
1 (30 oz.)canMango Pulp
1cupYogurt
1/2cupCrushed Ice
1tsp.Ground Cardamom
1tbsp.Granulated Sugar or Honey
Optional:
1tbsp.Pistachios
5strandsSaffron
Instructions
To your blender add 1 (30 oz.) can Mango Pulp, 1 cup Yogurt, 1/2 cup Crushed Ice, 1 tsp. Ground Cardamom, and 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar or Honey
Blend on medium-high speed for 2 minutes. You want a thick, frothy, well-mixed consistency.
Garnish with 1 tbsp. Pistachios and 5 strands Saffron if desired.
